We picked one of the worst weeks weatherwise to go on vacation. Oh, well, we did manage to get some decent weather at one of our stops, Saint Gildas de Rhuys.
We saw this parked at the beach :)
A place for posting random stuff about me, my website and creations, cooking, trips, make-up, beauty and possibly a bit of fashion, projects I participate in, various finds and any other randomness I come up with :)

Mmmm, pizza
It may seem strange, but when I saw this recipe for Lamb's Lettuce pizza
I knew I had to try it.
I'd never had cooked lamb's lettuce before, but it was very good! I think this pine nuts are essential for anyone curious about trying the recipe. but since it's pizza, it can obviously be fiddled with. It's definitely not a combination I would have come up with on my own. So, thanks Isabelle. Yay for trying new things! :D
Recipe found at http://cuisine.palats.org/coinblog/index.php?post/2010/03/10/Pizza-a-la-mache-Lamb-s-lettuce-pizza (The blog is in both French and English :) )
